Data Electronics responsibilities includes:

Provision of all hardware, software and licensing

Firewalls are installed and configured by our certified Security Operations staff

We complete all policy changes requested by customer

Customer Security Policies are enforced by our Security Operation Centre (SOC).

We permanently stock spares so in the event of a hardware failure we will swap the faulty device within guaranteed SLA

We are responsible for all documentation management (including change control procedure)
