We offer a fully managed, dedicated load-balancing service. A single or high availability Alteon load balancer is dedicated to each customer. The managed equipment will be installed within their Colocation space (cabinet or cage) on the data centre floor.

Traffic is assigned to servers based on the policies agreed with customers. This allows customers to get a full return on the investment made in their server hardware by ensuring that Web Servers are utilised in the most efficient manner.

Clients have the option of going for a single hardware platform or a redundant / High-Availability solution. These services are available for a monthly charge, avoiding the traditional purchase route and therefore avoiding significant capital outlay.
