Our standard monitoring technologies use an agentless, multi-layered monitoring approach to simulate an end user traversing your application and also explore areas within the application and equipment components to isolate and pinpoint any problems.
We immediately notify the client if the availability or performance of your application violates your alarm thresholds. We can also perform basic troubleshooting to fix problems to the limits that you specify. Monthly reports provide you with information you need regarding performance and up-time.
Beyond standard SNMP and port monitoring methods, the monitoring service can connect to almost any type of server or device, execute almost any command and analyse the response.
The monitoring service does not require the installation of a client or agent on the machines being monitored. The system is SNMP v1, 2 and 3 compatible, can monitor any TCP/IP based network service without clients or agent installation and can execute commands using it’s own integrated SSH, Telnet and remote Windows command line interfaces.
When an alert status is detected, the monitoring system will display warnings to client and send alert emails. Optionally, it can send SMS text messages to cell phones and other mobile devices, or log calls in the Help Desk, which will trigger automated SLA adherence to ensure maximum coverage for support organisations.
